Long-term ownership, independent operations.

Uppkopplad AB is a privately held parent company registered in Sweden. We own and develop companies within e-commerce and IT consultancy services, and we take a long-term view of that ownership.

Our role is deliberately narrow. The group supplies ownership, financing and administrative structure; the operating companies keep their own brands, their own management and their own customer relationships. That is how good businesses stay good.

The parent company does not sell products or services itself. All commercial activity takes place in the subsidiaries, which are listed under Services.

Independence

Each company keeps its own identity, management and customer relationships. Decisions are taken as close to the customer as possible.

Long horizon

We hold what we buy. Ownership is measured in years rather than quarters, and development is funded accordingly.

Order in the basics

Financing, reporting and administration are handled properly at group level, so the companies can spend their time on customers.
