If you use the contact form we process the name, email address, company name (if given), subject and message you submit, together with the time of submission and the IP address the message was sent from. We use this only to read and answer your enquiry. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries addressed to us.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle the matter and are then deleted, normally within 12 months. Correspondence that must be retained under accounting or other legislation is kept for the period that legislation requires.

Who has access

Messages are received by staff at Uppkopplad AB. Our web host processes the data on our behalf as part of operating this website and our email. We do not sell personal data and do not transfer it outside the EU/EEA.

Cookies and statistics

This website sets no cookies of its own and uses no third-party analytics, advertising or font services. Nothing is loaded from external servers.
